Menu Plan Monday



Hmmm, I really didn't do very well sticking to my menu planning last week, but I was treated to a dinner out by one of Rich's co-workers and then we had a banquet at church on Thursday that I had forgotten about. So, I'm just keeping one of the dishes from last week (alas, BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza will have to wait until the next "maintenance" phase):

Monday (Protein Day #1): Grilled Chicken (Cub Scout BBQ, bring your own meat)
Tuesday (Protein Day #2): Mesquite Roasted Chicken
Wednesday (Protein Day #3): Sirloin Steak Patties (Market Day)
Thursday: Cilantro Lime Halibut w/green beans
Friday: Italian Turkey Breasts w/snow peas
Saturday: Pork chops w/mushrooms
Sunday: Ka-bobs (BBQ at friends house)

ohh we looove kabob's! especially persian/greek kabob's! lately my husband has been making beef kubideh (persian kebob)
