Here's this week's edition of Menu Plan Monday. Actually, as you will see, there's not much to my nmenu plan this week. We have quite a few leftovers in the fridge, plus Rich is going on another trip this week so I envision at least one night of "eating out" with the kids. NOt to fear though, I'll be back next week!
