Slow Cooker Thursday - Easy Chicken Teriyaki
I made this recipe for the first time this week and the whole family enjoyed it.
Crock Pot Chicken Teriyaki
1 pound boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c "thick" teriyaki sauce (I used Tastefully Simple Honey Teriyaki)
1 - 8 oz. can of chunk pineapple
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add sauce and pineapple chunks. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve over rice and garnish with additional pineapple. Chicken will shred easily with fork.

This is so easy and looks good. I'll be trying this - thanks for sharing!
I don't like fruit, but this sounds like it would be so good! Especially with rice!
Sounds like a great recipe, would I be able to omit the pineapple though???
This looks delicious, thanks for sharing. Do you drain the pineapple chunks before putting them in the crock or do you use the juice, too?
