Menu Plan Monday is hosted by I Am An Organizing Junkie. I did pretty well last week and I only have one "carry over" from last week because Rich had a meeting that I wasn't aware of until after I made the menu plan. Here's what's cooking this week:

Tuesday: Double Dumpling Chicken Stoup
Wednesday: Fajitas
Thursday: Asian Chicken Roll Ups
Friday: Pizza for the kids; night out for Mom & Dad!
