Menu Plan Monday is hosted by I Am An Organizing Junkie. I have been a menu planning slacker the past couple of weeks and it's not been a pleasant sight. I've managed to get by wiht old "stand-bys", but having the plan in place at the beginning of the week certainly helps jar my brain when it comes time to take stuff out of the freezer in the morning!
Monday: Roasted Turkey Breast
Tuesday: E-Z BBQ Beef
Wednesday: Ranch Style Chicken
Thursday: Baked Flounder
Friday: TBD
