Menu Plan Monday is hosted by Laura. I went to the grocery store this morning with my menu basically set, but they had a thing or two on sale that I didn't realize, so I changed it just a bit. Here's the menu:
Monday: Soyaki Marinated Steak (a Trader Joe's mariende)
Tuesday: Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin and fresh peas
Wednesday: Souper Roast Beef
Thursday: Asian Chicken Roll Ups
Friday: Dinner at
Carlucci's with the LM gang
